?Contribution to the taxonomy of the Pseudepipona subgenus Deuterepipona Blüthgen, 1951 (Hymenoptera, Vespidae, Eumeninae) from Central Asia, with the description of four new species

Four new species are described: Pseudepipona (Deuterepipona) kostylevi Fateryga, sp. nov. (Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan), P. (D.) nikolayi (Kazakhstan), popovi (Turkmenistan), and vladimiri (Kazakhstan). A synonymy is proposed: superba (Morawitz, 1867) = tricolor Gusenleitner, 1976, syn. Lectotypes designated for two species: herzi 1895) superba. Two species, both not occurring in the region under study, transferred to subgenus Deuterepipona from nominotypical one: priesneri 1970 pseudominuta 1971. An identification key all six of Central Asia provided.
